2 Meyer lemons or limes quartered
2 Meyer lemon or lime slices, thin
½ bunch mint leaves

2 oz regular vodka
2 cans club soda
½ tsp sugar
Squeeze citrus quarters into a sturdy glass pitcher. Toss juiced lemons/limes into the pitcher along with the mint, 8-10 strawberries, and sugar. Crush the fruits together with a muddler to release the juices from the strawberries and the oil from the mint leaves. Stir in club soda and vodka. Garnish each glass with two strawberry quarters and a sprig of mint.
